White Noise was a 3-episode anthology made for MetTV. I developed the story for and produced its second episode, Syncro-Shift, about a woman working two lifeless remote jobs through a headset.
Having gone over our time budget for the first episode, I was brought on to make something that still fits the sci-fi theming, while using minimal locations, actors, and setups (and quickly)!
Making the most of a tight script, we negotiated with the owner of a local wine shop, as well as dressed up a piano room to serve as our casino. I'm impressed with the variety of unique shots we got from our few setups, connecting these two separate but concurrent locations.
White Noise was nominated for best MetTV show at the 47th annual TARA awards.
